What is this integration?
The MagicSchool–Schoology integration connects AI-powered education tools directly inside the Schoology Learning Management System. Teachers get a full dashboard of AI tools, and students can access assigned AI rooms without any separate login or join code.
For teachers: accessing your tools
To use MagicSchool’s full suite of AI tools yourself, without switching browser tabs:

Step 1
Open your Schoology course and click MagicSchool in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2
The Teacher Tools dashboard loads directly inside Schoology. Browse recommended tools, search by category, or use custom tools.

Step 3
Select any AI tool and start using it immediately — no extra tab, no separate login required.
For teachers: deploying a student room
To give your students access to a specific AI tool, follow this quick flow:

In your course
Go to the Materials tab, click Add Materials, scroll down and select MagicSchool. A room dashboard popup will appear.

Use an existing room
Browse your active rooms, click Select next to the one you want, then click Add Room.

Or create a new room
Click Create New Room in the top right of the popup to build a brand-new student room directly inside Schoology.
For teachers: monitoring student activity
Once students start using an AI room, you can review their work in detail:

Open the material
Click the MagicSchool material link you created (e.g., “Help me Write!”) to open the room’s overview dashboard inside Schoology.

Students tab
View all students, their participation status, and their last message at a glance.

Individual view
Click any student’s name to open their Output History — see engagement level, full chat transcript, or generate an AI summary of their work.
